Blume - Do It Now / Harold's Room

I was looking for some info on this record. I was digging in the collection of an old long closed record store owners collection, and spotted the Mad City label which caught my eye. Then I noticed C. Stubblefield credited on it. I know Clyde lives in Madison, so I'm assuming he was in this group. I can't find much info online. Does anyone know much about this record? Was it their only release?
