With so many producers in Chicago, and being as spread out as we are, different sounds develop. For Volume 3, we???ve producers spanning a couple generations in local Bass & Hip-Hop music including Tensei, Void Pedal, Searchl1te, BRC, Denmark Vessey and many more! When talking about Hip-Hop or any of the countless genres it has influenced, it???s all about the beats. Even after a producer loops ???Amen Brother??? for the millionth time, it will always be about the beats. They???re the foundation of Hip-Hop, and the defining characteristic of any artist or genre claiming Hip-Hop as inspiration. And at FACE MELT, they???re the only thing that matters.
