help: old skate video with jazz soundtrack from private press record

does anyone remember what that film was that was posted here a year or two ago--old skating film from the 90s or maybe even a little earlier with a jazz soundtrack, black & white i think?

the soundtrack was from an obscure jazz record, private press style, and the film got lots of folks looking for it.

have been racking my brain and search skills to find it, have come up empty....
