Unknown acetate

Hi everyone, sorry I rarely ever post here but I had to after finding this mysterious acetate recently I though it was great and wanted to share it. There's no info on it except that it was recorded in Baltimore. I have a few leads on who may have made this and there could be more recordings along with this...

    Glad you guys like it...I am in touch with the family of the songwriter (he's deceased unfortunately), I was thinking of releasing this as a single.
