saw it yesterday.
really good movie,
but some of you baseball junkies might be annoyed...
a few key players from that team were conveniently left out of the movie,
giving the illusion that Beane was really working with a bunch of nonames.
but aside from this, and a few other embellishments, a really good movie.
nope. Hatteberg and Justice had the biggest roles. Art Howe, Carlos Pena, Jeremy Giamby, Chad Bradford also had smaller roles. this is something that hardcore A's fans may have a problem with, given that other players like the Big Three, Tejada, Chavez, Ellis, etc had a big role on that team, but the movie is more about Beane and his ideology, less on the team.
