I've heard claims that both A Certain Ratio and The Modern Lovers took their names from this track. It also provided the name for Eno's group with Manzanera, 801.

Burning Airlines is a band also named after an Eno tune.
The Mooney Suzuki was named after the frontmen of CAN...but not sure if that really counts.
