Recording a Mix with Audacity

Anyone up on this? I used it before to record several mixes and it worked fine. I'm trying to do another mix now and its only picking up the left channel.I've been through all the preferences for my macbook pro and audacity but nothing..Can't figure out why it worked before and not now..Any ideas? Thanks p77
