Please to recommend a good/ free video conversion program for OSX....

Hey anyone know of a good/ free video program that will allow me to convert avi files to mov files etc ? I am using a Mac so it has to be Mac compatiable. Thanks.

    Mpegstream clip is probably the best conversion program for the mac. Free and works super fast!

    If your using 10.6 you can open AVI files with QuicktimeX, then you can save the file as MOV. This is the fastest way...
