Help! Reverse sample ID-related.

This is bugging the youknowwhat out of me! There's a recent Hip Hop song that samples this song and I can't remember what it is! I want to say it's from an East Coast rapper with a voice similar to Jakk Frost (but most likely not him). The beat is bouncy and catchy as hell and it samples the part at 1:24 where she sings "My eyes only see you" followed by a bouncy chop of the guitar. I believe it also has a slighly slowed down sample of Pharrell on the hook saying "Get ya 2-step 'cause it's the record of the year." I want to say it was on a recent mixtape.

I hope one of you knows what song I'm talking about!
