    There's a copy of this in the Disk Union hip-hop in Shinjuku... it's been there for years... if you really need it and are willing to fork out for it, as it seems you post up about it frequently, I'm sure someone from Japan can help ya out... It's something in the ballpark of the $200-300 mark....
