Anyone read the books? I am about to start reading them, heard good things.

I saw the 15 minutes of the first episode On Demand and was impressed...

    Wait, you mean Game of Thrones, right? I'll watch. I haven't read the novels, so I don't have preconceived notions. It does have Tommy Carcetti and a few other actors I like, plus sexy consequences.
