An MC who???s often listed as one of the top 5 lyricists of all time, BLACK THOUGHT of THE ROOTS will perform alongside dj J.PERIOD in Chicago FRIDAY APRIL 1st 2011 at The Mid! Warming up the mic will be a performance by ADD-2 with drummer Mike Cullen, and DJs MAJOR TAYLOR, INTEL, RTC and DEMCHUK.
