NOFX question (Punk EP- r)

I just found a sealed copy of NOFX "Decline" EP and I'm not sure if I should open it. I know that there were colored or clear vinyl copies that were released and worth some serious cash but I'm not familiar with them enough to determine what this copy is. Was the "special" vinyl promo only? Not sealed? Was it issued randomly? Even if this is just a regular copy is it worth anything sealed? I only paid $5 for it but any help would be much appreciated.
