I really like David Fathead Newman / Keep the dream alive.
Cheap as chips and sounds as good as many big $ disco 12"s.
Copped for 7,99 pounds! Thanks for the heads up.
Along with the purchase I grabbed these from the same seller:
Central Line - Don't Tell Me
China Burton - You Don't Care About Our Love
Long time favorite that I posted in each in every disco thread without ever owning a physical copy of it. As the original is too pricey for me I got me the re-issue 12". This jam is perfection.

Unfortunatly the seller hadn't anything else I'm looking for. I guess he hadn't anything else for you either....

I was also tempted to buy the 4 pounds copy but in the end condition beat price and seller had better feedback.
As I see that Sidewalk label Gonzales comes to mind. The 12" with Shakedown is nice.
And this one is a fun tune that's mad cheap.
Mad Lads - You Blew It

I just bought it for 4 pounds. Amazing record.
Discogs, gell?
Hi Sorry about this - I just got the record to pack and there is a large crack in the centre of the spindle - so unplayable. I'm refunding you the full amount. Apologies.

John Davis & the Monster Orch. - Up Jumped The Devil
Mad cheap and I played this out so often, always explodes.
Although bordering cheesy-ness with that village people type vocals I love this track:
The Real Thing - Can You Feel The Force
Gap Band - Baby Baba Boogie
You're right there is tons more.
Anothe one, embedding disabled, though
Some early Madonna-esque lollipop boogie I happen to like:
and a personal favourite from billy ocean...
and really, you should be able to find most of the main west end, prelude, salsoul etc 12's fairly cheaply and easily...
T.J. Swann&Peewee; Mel and the Swann Controllers - Maximus Party
Kurtis Blow - The Breaks
T-ski - catch the beat
vaughan mason and crew - bounce , rock, skate, roll
I have been sleeping on this shit right here!
such a great track but not so likely to be found in decent condition under 20 $ (as everything else Leroy Burgess related).
Another 12" I copped recently and it really worked on the dancefloor:
Platinum Hook - Standing On The Verge Of Gettin It On
Cheap as chips and sounds as good as many big $ disco 12"s.
That one is ace! I wasn't aware of it yet. Thanks.

Awesome, and reasonably priced.
Holy shit, that's hot. Great thread.
Yeah, it's not bad for a Leo Sayer lookalike!

There are tonnes more.
I play Up Jumped the Devil out a lot too. It always works.
Here is Greg Wilson doing some mixing with it on tv:
