What's the deal with Disco International?

I was looking over this discography that Rey put together: http://reynaldo82.blogspot.com/2010/11/disco-international-discography.html

I've always wondered - who the hell was running Disco Int'l? I'm assuming Stan Lewis of Speed must at least have licensed/sold Speed content to them, since 4 of their singles appear on Disco Int'l. But otherwise, the label seemed hella bootleggy.

feel like there are a few items missing from that list -- didn't John Davis and the Monster Orch have a single on there too?

There are also at least three LPs, which Reynaldo appears to have omitted:

DISLP 1001 The TNT Orchestra Together (pretty lacklustre)
DISLP 1002 Conjunto Salsa con Wayne Gorbea La Salsa del??? (really good!)
DISLP 1003 Wayne Gorbea y su Conjunto Salsa La Salsa y Charanga con??? (never heard this one)

the label says "A Division of Leonard Lewis Productions" - i.e the same LLP that put out that boring Larry Willis lp for one
