I have the album "Miles Away" on wax and they list the players on the album, mostly new names.
I was just wondering if any one besides Madlib chipped in on the instrumentation as well, or if they're just new aliases.
At first I wasn't a big fan of the record, I was actually let down a little when I bought it. But after listening to it a couple times since it dropped, it's grown on me a lot.

It's a cool album, definitely shows some growth on Madlib's part. I I like the early YNQ style a little more, where you have stuff that's more beat driven and with programmed drums. This really feels more like a straight ahead jazz fusion album.
Also the interludes are real dope.
