As I understand it, hasn't Castle's traditional strength been his ability to appeal to middle-of-the-road Democrats, which has helped him establish a strong power base in Delaware? If so, then what realistic hope has O'Donnell of snagging those votes come the midterms proper? If anything, this might turn out to be good news for the Dems.
