i used to think i hated ray romano but he's pretty decent in this as a degenerate gambler as is scott backula and andre braugher (who got really fat since homicide). writing is decent and the show is chock-a-block full of the best character actors around

anybody else been watching this program?

I've seen the show, it is painful to watch. Not because it sucks, it is actually well written, but I dunno if it's either "embarrassing" or "too true to peoples' lives" that I can't roll widdit.
The best show on TV that is simultaneously unwatchable.
