    yeah man, most of those were wicked man, seeing people together conversing, people eating supper together as a family and kids having fun....

    thank god the interweb has taking it all away....lol

    i'd love to have those made into prints

    Truly fascinating stuff. It's so unusual to see these kinds of scenes and subjects in colour.

    Fascinating. Thanks for posting. Seeing the images in colour really brings out all the dirt and grime like it was only yesterday. This is no rose-tinted view of the past. The very last image is stunning.

    These photos are absolutely stunning. I guess people didn't really used to live in black and white.

    It's hard to look at these through anything other than this era's lenses; the stillness of their gazes and lack of levity is striking.

    I'd love to live in something like #21...with plumbing though.

    Fantastic pictures. Funny how the resolution and colour make everything look hyper realistic.
