Female Soul Record Brain Fart

Can't for the life of me figure out the name of the female artist, but the LP cover has a really tight close up of an eye with a tear in it facing sideways. I know for sure that it is a female 70's soul album. Heard it once and didn't write it down and now I'm regretting it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

    Perfect thanks. Yeah it really blew me away at first listen. I just picked a Merry Clayton LP today at the thrift store for a buck and it reminded me to look that back up. Both of them have strong pipes.
