rhythm makers zone 12" (original pressing or not?)

I have this 12" on Vigor vsd 733 with 733-a and other mastering text about (fr******/ wayne ns phila) in the runout . the problem i'm encounered with is the labels are reversed. This record came in the Delite, Vigor, Gang pink sleeve. Am i dealing with an original or a repress?
