ASR-10 Floppy Drive FAIL

so, the drive on my ASR is completely kaput. does anyone have any advice for what i should do? the guys at rogue music looked pretty skeptical that they could repair it. can it be upgraded to a flash drive? maybe i can buy a scsi port for it?
