Welcome to the latest installment of the Happy Jazz Show sponsored by Gama Clothing .
Big Hola and Gracias to our good friends in Oviedo for what was another fantastic weekend in that wonderful City. The Sidra was flowing non stop, the food was plentiful (get in there!!) and the company was as always sincere and warm. The weather was not much cop but hey, you can't have everything can you? Muchas Gracias to Herminio for inviting us to play at the Loveboat Club (check it out if you are over that way) and Mario, Alfredo & Ana, Lichi & Rosana (big kiss to Olivia), Fernando, Juan, Aitor and friends from Bilbao, George & Caroline, Young Jack, Des and Ishmael, Bjorn, Kiko and everyone else whose names escape me as I type this...We cannot wait to see you all again and enjoy the generous Spanish hospitality!
Many thanks for those that sent birthday wishes too and of course the regular listeners who mail in and send their comments. It's truly appreciated...believe!
Also - massive Hi and thanks to Hugo Mendez / Frankie Francis and crew at SOFRITO for allowing us to do a tropical guest mix for their most excellent site. Good luck gents and keep up the good work!
