    He never said that he wanted to ban white tees. The issue is over witness intimidation in Philly and a $200,000 fund that was started to combat it. Williams - who is a black guy from West Philly - referred to "white t culture" and used it in reference to young guys hanging on the corner. That's all folks.

    really you don't see that all that much anymore... you see it, but not like it was in 2004 or whatever. most dudes are lettin' their elbows breathe these days. beards are still in full effect. just cut my playoff beard down a couple weeks ago, i had the semi-birds nest (complete with the grays- fusk a Just For Men) while the Flyers were doin' their thing
