No surprise. It's great, hard to find, and has been highly in demand in Europe for the past 5 years. ??400 has been the going price for a while.

Funny how the 45 goes for so much loot but the Harvey Averne LP its on tops out at $75 on average. Northern!
I'm suprised some Cotique 45s don't go for more money, there are more Northern! style songs on that label anyway.
