What's New In My Neighborhood (NRR)

Went out for a long walk today and took a couple of photos.....

This is about 1/4 mile from my home and was rumored to be the future home of a Dallas Cowboy.....today I met the owner, a 30 something year old Pakistani dude.....his wife designed the house.....all 25K square feet of it.


The next photo was taken three houses away from my home.....I glanced at it Friday when he put it up and I thought it said "Oklahoma Sucks" which wouldn't be too unusual for Texas.....today I got a better look at it......next time I see him outside I'm gonna ask what motivated him to put it up.

    That isn't a house, it's a castle!
    Is there a lot of interesting architecture in your neighborhood, or is the castle an exception?

    Many different styles in my neighborhood although the "Castle" style has been popular the last 3-5 years....








    My home was built 20 years ago and is nowhere near as big as some of these McMansions but they have made my property value go up which is pretty unusual in 2010.
