Made it out of Banos before the volcano blew.

Now in the capital.

    There's a really dope rooftop pizza joint in the old city. Ask around, it's a couple blocks northeast of the zocalo, toward the Bas??lica del Voto Nacional.

    Also, on the west corner of the zocalo, there's a surprisingly good modern art museum, which is free IIRC.

    Calle Chile (a couple blocks downhill from the zocalo) has a really nice cafe with some of the best fruit salad I've ever had.

    PM me if you have time to dig. I know a couple spots you can quickly hit up if you are around El Centro.

    I'll be on the Caribbean coast of Colombia from July 4th through the 14th, so hit me up if you make it up there.
