why turn off PM's??

Damn frustrating when someone sends me a PM and I can't respond. This has happened to me twice now and I really see no reason for it especially since these people are still sending them. Does the inbox ever get full or is it always an active choice by the user? "Oh look at me I'm soooo popular I get so many PM's that I had to turn them off"Unless there's a real legit reason, I say get over it. If you're really that annoyed by messages, why bother being on a MESSAGE board? If anyone ever catches me turning off my PM's you have my permission to smack me and tell me I'm not really that cool.

    I think there was a problem with the board that turned people's PMs off, actually.

    Something happened a month or two ago, and for some reason it automatically switched over PM preferences. I definitely don't mind people PM'ing me for whatever reason, but someone posted that mine was shut off.

    I wonder if mine has been off at all? Probably not seeing how I still gat msgs but you never know.

    I guess I may have some smacking and downtalk to look forward to.

    REAL BASIC QUESTION.

    how do you know if your PM's are "turned off"???

    btw, AlGarth i was one of those dudes that PM'd you.
