hi all,i finally found that old tape with that song i still don't know who that is - does anybody know that one?

that might be possible, the radioshow i recorded it from is a bit in the john peel tradition, it was the time where lounge lizadrds started, but i actually thought it sounds more chicago / detroit ?!?
i'm not native english speaking and can't put the accent anywhere - and don't perfectly understand the whole lyrics,otherwise 1sti'd tried was to google the lyrics
