Darkman vs. Batman

just finished watching Darkman again for the first time since I saw it in theatres (damn, it's 15 years old!!)Was thinking about how much like a superhero comic it was, and the fact that Raimi has done Spiderman 1&2 and is working on 3 right now. So I was wondering, who would win: Darkman or Batman? I chose Batman cause he doesn't have any super powers, he's just a badass fighter and gots lots of gadgets. Darkman doesn't have any 'real' super powers - just can't feel pain, and is extra strong from high adrenaline levels. They both are kinda dark, tortured soul types.
