Most singles before album debut (HipHopRelated)???

Hmmmmmmmmmmm............ When reading the post about sophmore albums, I thought of Dilated Peoples and it reminded me how they dropped 3-4 singles before The Platform actually came out... That got me wondering what group/artist released the most singles before an actual album came out...? Or in the most extreme case, never came out with an album and just dropped singles? To get specific, guest appearances don't count!

    the new beanie siegel had 3-4 12s come out.. 4-5 months b4 the LP dropped.
