Stevie Wonder and Ivonne Fair

I was at my girl's Mom's house and checked out her record collection. Nothing really "rare" but noticed that she had a copy of Stevie Wonder's InnverVisions and pulled it out to play while we had dinner. After we played the first side I went over to turn the record, when I flipped it and played the other side Ivonne Fair's "Let your hair down" came on, then all of the following tracks on that side of Ivonne's album. I know that their both on Mowtown and some sort of pressing mistake but did this happen often? Anybody else have anything like this? No where on the Stevie Wonder album did it say that this was some 2 for 1 deal or mention Ivonne Fair at all.

Every now and then errors like this would happen with vinyl pressings, and not just with Motown.

I once heard a Scorpio reissue of the Velvet Underground's Live At Max's Kansas City that turned out to be a really bad modern reggae band (couldn't tell you who).
