how do i get the "quick reply" option back?

The place where you just type your reply at the end of the thread without having to actually hit reply to someone's post?

    there seems to be a few things that have disappeared. Quick Reply, Edit, Delete, threads don't even have the box at the bottom to make a post. You have no choice but to reply if you want to post anything.
