did post editing get disabled b/wdid the numbers of PM's allowed get lowered?

    I'm pretty sure yes to both.

    Probably gonna have to wait until the site refresh til this kinda stuff comes back as I understand it.

    i think you can edit for a few minutes after you post then it gets locked...
