help me ID this photographer please nrr

There's a series of sleek black and white photographs from the 1960's i think, of a tall Japanese dude with sunglasses dressed in grey suit with a mock-neck. He poses with Mickey Mouse and in front of architecturally interesting buildings. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Who's the artist/photographer?And I'm out like a mock neck.

    I know of him only as a Graff photographer, never knew he'd done these. He's being deliberately miserable, so I'd not want it on my wall to harsh any mellows therein.

    i love it i dont think he looks miserable. it's for art direction research for a Yeasayer video my brother is directing. thanks again for the id help soulstrut!!!
