    I spent many an hour during my early teens in the library hunting down his uncollected stories.

    Haven't re-read anything by him as an adult, but as with so many of us, his books were a big part of my life growing up.

    RIP big part of my getting into english litterature (french background) and read that book at a turning point summer in my adolescence

  • I was hooked on Catcher In The Rye from page one. I bought it while in college, started reading...and didn't stop. I read the whole thing cover to cover, in one sitting. I like reading, but that's unusual for me. I was just that roped in and couldn't put the book down.
