Yes, but not those crazy neon ones. I like Israeli pickles best when it comes to cucumbers. I also enjoy Kimchee, pickled green papaya, pickled daikon, and most any asian pickle. Oh, and Lemon Pickle is very necessary at the South Indian joints.
I love them when they're crunchy and come out of vinegar spiced with mustard seeds, onions, garlic and (chillie) peppers. the fermented, salty ones that are popular around here taste like ass and I'm also repulsed by their limp and soggy texture...
