got home with nothing to eat so i had to rifle through cupboards and make something happen.boiled wholewheat spaghettiput some dry shitake mushrooms steeping in a panchopped a lot of garlicdrained mushroom water (into a mug)added olive oil and garlic and dried red pepper to mushroom pan: saute timeadded can of organic pinto beans and some crushed sage (from the backyard)put some of that mushroom water back inas water evaporated, added a handful of frozen asparagus bitsdrained pastagrated a chunk of reggiano parmiggianoadded elements together and ate like a princebagged up rest for lunch and dinner tomorrowim the micgeronimo of this shit!!!!!!

you ain't lyin... if i were to do a similar freestyle with the contents of my cupboard, it would be like...
first heat up some cooking oil in the pan
then throw in a slice of bread
and spread peanut butter on top of it
and then some salt and pepper
and some grape flavored big league chew
a couple of famous amos cookies
then another slice of bread
heat
flip
plate that shit
garnish with more big league chew
voila
but for reals, that tripledoubledish sounds like a damn masterpiece.
