Digging (and eating) in Madrid?

Hai guyz, I'll be in Madrid for a few days next week. Are there any "must hit" spots (food, records, etc.)? This will be my first time there. Thanks

    I don't think I saw any records in my 48 hours in Madrid.
    Almost every restaurant or bar had good food.
