One of the coolest labels of the sixties and seventies. Bang gave us the finest sides by the McCoys and Neil Diamond, as well as the Strangeloves. And then they had their R&B subsidiary, Shout, which pressed choice wax by Erma Franklin, Freddie Scott, Jackie Moore and others. Respect all the way...

    recently found a copy of "Black Skinned Blue Eyed Boys" by the Equals on Bang!... only seen it before on Shout!

    yeah, my copy is on Shout, too

    with their rock leanings, the Equals probably belonged on Bang as much as Shout
