A friend asked me to ID this but I honestly can't figure out who this is. He thought maybe Monguito but it doesn't quite sound right and it's not Joe Cuba's "Sock It To Me, Baby".

    Mongo's English was really not that great. If it's Latin it sounds more like Tejano fonk... page age, tick tickler, or FOS maybe?
