His execution is a little suspect but these days can you really complain about someone who wants to do a little good?
Of course I think if I saw a 110 pound guy in a mask and cape coming towards me with handcuffs and pepper spray... well, I don't think my reaction would be positive.
Then again, I wouldn't think I would have any occasion to fall on the wrong side of the Shadow Hare...
