So I just saw Sex Pistols - The Great Rock And Roll Swindle movie again for the first time in like 10 years. I totally forgot what a great concept this band was. And this move is still funny. I've got "Who Killed Bambi" running through my head all day. So I've got a question maybe around here someone can answer. In one scene, Malcom Mcclaren goes into this Disco and there i sthis disco band playing pretty good covers of Sex Pistols songs. Does anybody know who this band was or if these songs ever came out on vinyl? Maybe the brit-strutters might have an inside track on this question? Any help is appreciated.

    They were called The Black Arabs, and the disco medley is on the soundtrack LP. I'm pretty sure that they only existed as part of the movie. I haven't seen GRRS in eons, I should go dig my copy out this weekend.
