Song ID "Forget Yourself" (320 mp3 inside)

This one's driving me crazy. It's on a compilation I got probably 8 years ago called "The Science Vol 1" and of course there's no artist info, only titles (which I'm not sure are correct).I have the feeling its something ridiculously obvious.. hope someone here can help.http://rapidshare.com/files/211837875/Forget_Yourself.mp3

    Was this the Benni B comp on ABB? Really wanted to pick it up when it came out but didn't have the cheddar



    EDIT: no idea what the track is. While we're at it though, what's this?

    What was the name of that one?

    This isn't any kind of legitimate (licensed) compilation, I'm sure of that much. This is the only reference I could find online:

    Turntable lab had it somewhere between '98-'00, two volumes put together by Beni B, matt-grey covers, I remember spotting a couple of tracks (Vitamin C), but there was heaps of samples I couldn't id.
