little dude blues question

there's a big blues sample (it's not even a sample, just like a chunk of the song at the begining of the track.) at the start of the moodyman song "i'm doing fine".i don't have much knowledge of blues artists so this could be real simple, but the lyrics to the song go:'i wanna drive cadallac cars/ohhhhh, i wanna be somebody soo bad/but you keep on puttin your foot on meeee/and iiiiiii i believe/i believe i can break away + be somebody/somehow + someway/y'see i heard somebody say once 'you can make it if you try..'then the drums start up + it's the end of the sample.anybody know this??
