i am here til March 31st then its "NADA"not excited at all. i am at a loss for words. i really dont know what ill do and my unemployment wont cover my bills and rent for sure...

    i work for Sony Records. i just finished reading Cosmo's Percee P post (tongue twisting topic ha) and thought i would talk about it. i actually was told last week and figured id share it now...

    so many people are going thru this shit it aint like im embarrassed or anything...

    im just not excited about what will happen next.

    i do have an interview in another dept here but its competitive so

    Stay on good terms with your boss and the management so if they start rehiring in the future you might be considered and start looking for something right away.

    Two people I know just got laid off - one from Malbon and one from Columbia Records. Shit, Columbia still owes me two grand. I don't think I'm EVER seeing that.

    to put it all in perspective, i was sitting with my boss in his office having lunch and he was like "come check this out"

    he opened up Soundscan and was like peep

    the new U2 was at number 1 with 420,000 units to date

    in 2nd was Taylor Swift with 40,000 units this week....

    that gap is ridiculous

    and Taylor Swifts album has been out since last year i think

    this week the #1 and #2 album didnt reach half a mil

    my boss says that is insane
