Help Stable My Turntable

I picked up a Gemini Pt-2400 from the college because they were selling it but I can't really get the needle to bunker down in the grooves of my records.The problem is that the needle skates outward to the edge of the record really easily. This is a common problem but I still haven' figure out how to troubleshoot it, so I need some help. Here are some pictures, and I should point out that the delicate stylus tip is keeling a little bit left, towards the label.thanks,lilmonstu

did you set up the tonearm weight/antiskate control properly? Or maybe you just need a new stylus?

does anyone have a good procedure for setting up a turntable, I've never been too picky

did you balance out your turntable arm ?
if so try it with another cartridge and stylus and if you have the same problem then its your needle.
