According to my morning paper these people will be playing at the Lincoln Memorial and one of them will do Sam Cooke's ACIGCSpringsteenBeyonceU2John (No Cougar) MellencampUsherSharikaSheryl CrowStevie WonderJames TaylorWho Do you want to hear sing it?My vote is for James Taylor!????!!??! He has a way of putting beautiful complex guitar arrangements with soft understated vocals to songs like that. I would much rather hear him do that the dance version with shouted vocals or rock version with shouted vocals most of these other acts are likely to perform. What if JTs version is terrible? I can live with that. But if Stevie did a terrible version it would hurt twice as bad.
