USPS / Paypal woes.

Another dilemma.Let me put you up to speed --I was late sending records to Japan, but sent them -- buyer filed claim -- provided Paypal with the registered tracking # -- Paypal will 'investigate' further once the package arrives -- here is were it gets tricky...The past two records that I sent out via registered were delivered fine, but the tracking information never updated on the USPS website nor did it update when I called the USPS phone number -- they told me that it was up to the country that they were being sent to to update them with the info. If the buyer never owns up to receiving them and the tracking info never updates -- then what?! Even if Paypal has a human call USPS to check for delivery, it will still never say anything about arriving in Japan / Customs / Delivery / Etc. I have no faith in this system.
