    I was just listening to some old tapes from the early 90's and for a moment I was convinced that the best 20+ seconds of music ever is the breakdown in Sly Stone's "Stand!". That or the breakdown on MFSB's "Love Is The Message".

    Obviously a really tough question but I'm going to go with:

    0:28 - 0:48 on Fela Kuti's "Water No Get Enemy", love the breakdown on the keys and the way it transitions into the horn crescendo.

    Hey,

    I pick the bassline/guitar/drums part a minute into "Stones Medley" by Charles Lloyd (that's why I looped it). It's so melodic and pretty.
